Engine Overhauling

Complete hands-on training of engine overhauling, piston rings fitting, valves seating, and engine block boring on live vehicle units.

Transmission & Gearbox

Manual and automatic transmission systems maintenance, gear assemblies, clutch plate replacements, and differential tuning.

EFI Mechanical Diagnostics

Practical understanding of fuel pumps, injector cleaning, throttle body servicing, and EFI engine hardware-level diagnostics.

Suspension & Steering

Front and rear suspension overhauling, shock absorbers testing, power steering systems, and wheel alignment basics.

Braking & ABS Hardware

Complete mechanical disc/drum brake assemblies, ABS actuator fittings, master cylinder replacements, and brake bleeding procedures.

AC Compressor Repair

AC compressor overhauling, vacuum testing, condenser cleaning, leak detection, and gas charging (R134a) procedures.

Instructor Note: In addition to the standard syllabus, students will receive special, in-depth practical training on Advanced EFI Engine Mechanical setups, automatic transmission overhauling, and basic hydraulic braking concepts.
