Identify board components, driver ICs, transistors, power supply circuits, filter capacitors, and trace basic voltage lines.

Micro-Soldering & ICs

Master board-level soldering, hot air rework stations, replacing multi-pin Driver ICs, SMD chips, and system processors.

Circuit Board Tracing

Learn to trace hardware-level circuit paths, identify broken copper tracks, and repair boards damaged by water or heat.

EEPROM & MCU Coding

Understand memory chips (EEPROM, Flash, MCUs) and use external programmers to save, read, or write data backups.

ECU Flashing & Cloning

Master cloning ECUs, copying map files, and writing custom software configurations like immobilizer-off (Immo-off).

Bench Testing

Cloning ECUs and matching transponder keys with immobilizer modules.
Locating and applying manual diagnostics for software error logs on benches.
Working effectively as a Professional ECU Repair Specialist in modern workshops.
Maintaining strict workshop Safety and electrostatic hazard prevention during delicate electronic work.

Instructor Note: In addition to the standard syllabus, students will receive special, in-depth practical training on Advanced ECU cloning, immobilizer-off (Immo-off) software matching, and specialized simulation bench setups.
