Understanding safety yellow wiring harnesses, airbag squib connectors, spiral cable clock springs, and grounding lines.
Reading and clearing SRS fault codes using modern scanners, live sensor data analysis, and evaluating active deployment loops.
Locating and removing SRS computer modules, understanding internal chip layouts, EEPROMs, and system microcontrollers.
Connecting board programmers on benches, reading raw chip data, clearing crash data/impact logs, and rewriting clean files.
Simulating airbag deployments, testing repaired modules on diagnostic benches safely, and performing final vehicle resets.
Instructor Note: In addition to the standard syllabus, students will receive special, in-depth practical training on Advanced Airbag module cloning, seatbelt pretensioner repairs, and specialized simulation bench testing.
